All sales are final due to the seasonal and perishable nature of pumpkins, plants, and décor items.

If an item arrives damaged or your delivery is incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours with photos, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

Service fees for add-ons such as removal or power washing are non-refundable once scheduled, as time and labor are reserved in advance.

Pumpkins and plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, and color. Longevity depends on weather and storage conditions.

To help extend freshness: keep items shaded from direct sunlight, rinse gently with water once a week, and avoid placing pumpkins directly on wet surfaces.

Remove any softening pumpkins promptly to help protect the rest of your display.

For mums, water every few days and keep in partial sunlight.

For hay bales and corn stalks, keep as dry as possible to avoid premature aging.
