    • All sales are final due to the seasonal and perishable nature of pumpkins, plants, and décor items.

    • If an item arrives damaged or your delivery is incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours with photos, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

    • Service fees for add-ons such as removal or power washing are non-refundable once scheduled, as time and labor are reserved in advance.

    • Pumpkins and plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, and color. Longevity depends on weather and storage conditions.

    • To help extend freshness: keep items shaded from direct sunlight, rinse gently with water once a week, and avoid placing pumpkins directly on wet surfaces.

    • Remove any softening pumpkins promptly to help protect the rest of your display.

    • For mums, water every few days and keep in partial sunlight.

    • For hay bales and corn stalks, keep as dry as possible to avoid premature aging.
